Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and the Appointments of Finance Director, Financial Controller and Board Secretary

(19th November 2007 ¨C Hong Kong) ¨C AAC Acoustic Technologies Holdings Inc. (¡°AAC Acoustic¡± or ¡°the Company¡±; SEHK stock code: 2018) announces that Mr. Richard Pengfei Chu (¡°Mr. Chu¡±) has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons. The Company is pleased to announce that Ms. Tracy Renyan Zhuang (¡°Ms. Zhuang¡±) will assume the position of Finance Director and Ms. Cathy Cailan Zeng (¡°Ms. Zeng¡±) will take up the position of Financial Controller with immediate effect. Moreover, Ms. Stephanie Lau will serve as Board Secretary.
Ms. Zhuang has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining AAC Acoustic as the Chief Financial Controller in 2001, Ms. Zhuang was a Senior Manager at the Shenzhen Pan-China Schinda CPA Firm from January 1995 to August 2001. From June 1997 to May 1998, Ms. Zhuang participated in an exchange program with Coopers & Lybrand in Hong Kong. Ms. Zhuang holds a Master¡¯s degree in Economics from Shanghai Maritime University. She also obtained a CICPA Securities and Futures qualification in China and is a member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Zeng worked as a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited Company Shenzhen Branch before joining the Company as an internal audit senior manager in 2005. Ms. Zeng has over 7 years of experience in auditing and finance. Ms. Zeng holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Shantou University. She is also a member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
