Announcement (March 9,2007 ):Back to name list Further to the announcement of AAC Acoustic Technologies Holdings Inc ("AAC") dated 21 November 2006, AAC announced today March 9,2007 that the United States District Court for Northern District of Illinois denied Knowles Electronics, LLC's ("Knowles") motion for a preliminary injunction seeking to bar AAC's production of MEMS microphones. The Court found that Knowles failed to demonstrat probable success on the merits. AAC is pleased with the result and intends to compete fully and fairly in the marketplace for MEMS microphones."
