Announcement (November 21,2006):Back to name list Recently Knowles Electronics, LLC filed a lawsuit against AAC Acoustic Technologies Holdings Inc. ("AAC") in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Knowles' lawsuit has no merits. AAC has never engaged in any of the alleged unfair trade practices. AAC believes that Knowles is using litigation to stifle competition in the MEMS microphone market. AAC will vigorously defend the lawsuit. (November 21,2006)
